A little SpudBros update from us! ā¤ļø

One thing we get asked quite a lot is how SpudBros Express actually works, so we thought we'd explain!

When we first started SpudBros, it was just us serving jacket potatoes in Preston. We never imagined it would grow into what it is today! šŸ¤Æ

As the brand grew, we realised we couldn't expand across the country on our own, so we partnered with other businesses to help bring SpudBros Express to different towns and cities.

So how does it work?

SpudBros Express operates through a franchise model. Each location has its own owners, managers and staff who run the stores day to day, supported by a dedicated Express management team.

Me and Harley are still very much involved in the brand, creating content, visiting stores, supporting openings and helping it grow. However, we don't personally operate or manage the individual Express locations.

Preston is still our original location that we run ourselves, and that will always be special to us! ā¤ļø

As the brand grows, so does the responsibility. There are now over 200 people across the Express network, which is absolutely mental when you think about where it all started!

We're incredibly proud of what's being built, but we're also still learning. Things won't always be perfect, and your feedback, good or bad, is so important in helping everyone improve.

We just wanted to explain how it all works, as we know it can sometimes get confusing!

At the end of the day, we're still the same two lads who started selling spuds in Preston. The journey has just got a whole lot bigger! šŸ˜‚
