Last night was our first ever 1-2-1 balloon session… and I’ve been thinking about whether to post this. Social media has us thinking our work isn’t good unless its picture prefect. Learning isn’t about achieving perfect. And I’m not about to touch up a learners display so I can act that’s what they created in a few hours being with me.

I didn’t step in to β€œperfect” the final display for social media likes.
I didn’t tweak or neaten it for the camera.
I didn’t do any of the work for them.
Because this wasn’t about a flawless finish or a picture-perfect result.
This was about learning something new, figuring it out, getting stuck, trying again, and feeling that moment of β€œI did that.”
We had lots of laughs, we nearly lost one when it came to neck to neck method 🀣 but they smashed it by asking to change method to one that works better for them and that’s what Its all about.
What you see here isn’t perfection β€” it’s progress, effort, and achievement. And honestly, that matters so much more to me than likes ever could.

So here it is… real, unpolished, and something they should be very very proud of for their 1st go 🀍

Alls they wanted to learn was the basics so I went with a pole garland to simplify it and also so they can take it with them, honestly didn’t think they’d do as amazing as they did for their 1st go, worked together, took turns, lots of laughs, and achieved a full complete garland. Got it so quickly and got in a little routine without even realising it, Super proud of you ladies and I had a fab night πŸ–€
