Blooms and Balloons is a family owned and run business in the heart of Portsmouth. We took over the business in 2017 and have elevated it to a bespoke Florist and Balloon deco store. Creativity is the motivation that our customers so enjoy. We connect with many local businesses and travel throughout Hampshire Sussex and Dorset for event work.

We are holding a little Prosecco and Info evening for couples getting married , here at The Fort !
We have a fabulous photographer joining us as she is just a super star photographer!
