We had the pleasure of delivering production for the Maritime Solent summit at the Portsmouth International Port.

Great to be part of such an important event for the region, all run seamlessly throughout the day.

For this event, we supplied the stage and furniture, backdrop, screens and visuals, exhibitor tables, a full PA system, along with on-site technical support to ensure everything ran smoothly.

Big thanks to Lorna Wagner and Stuart Baker for having us — it was a pleasure to work together.

A beautiful wedding setup at The Village Hotel Portsmouth

This elegant room was styled for a stunning ceremony and reception. You can see the gorgeous white draped backdrop with warm fairy lights, a decorated top table with floral arrangements, and a sparkling black LED dancefloor ready for the evening celebrations.

The guest tables were dressed with burgundy runners and chair sashes, complemented by floral centrepieces, candles, and glass table décor, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere throughout the room. The cake table was also set and ready for the couple’s special moment later in the evening.

A perfect setting for a wonderful wedding celebration
