We recently hosted a South Asian Wedding event. The host sent us a lovely message after the event.

“This is a brilliant venue. We hosted around 100 people for a south asian wedding event and had a great time there. The venue is very spacious with a great sound system and lighting and also parking. The staff were amazing at catering to our needs and were very friendly. A special thanks to the female bartender who such a great help on the day. We would definitely recommend this place”

Standard Hire:
Deposit (Secures Booking ) - £100.00
Hall Hire (which is from 1800hrs till 0030hrs ) - £225.00
18th/ 21st Hire:
Deposit ( Secures Booking ) - £200.00
Hall Hire (which is from 1800hrs till 0030hrs ) - £325.00

If the Venue is required prior to 1800hrs for use other than decorating then a further charge will be included to cover staff costs.

Wedding Reception Hire:
Deposit - £200.00
Hire of the venue - £400
(which is for a standard hire period from 1700hrs till 0030hrs)
If the Venue is required prior to 1700hrs for use other than decorating then a further charge will be included to cover staff costs.

Children's Parties Hire: £15 per hour which includes the use of table and chairs.

Linen/Accessory Hire:
We can provide table cloths, chair covers and centre pieces which are extra to the venue hire costs.

What's Available:

Portsmouth Rugby Football Club has a couple of great spaces to hire. We have one large room which can be divided into two rooms to make each event special. A fully licensed bar is available with a wide range of drinks and great catering to choose from. We have a seperate smaller well lit hall with a limited licenced bar which is perfect for children parties and is seperate to the main clubhouse.

We can cater for any of the following events, please contact us if you would like to book any of the following, or come and have a look around to see if it is suitable for any of the below:

~ Engagement Parties

We also facilitate hire for business needs, team buildings, conferences, meetings
and training days. Teas, coffees, biscuits, snacks and lunches are available at
day delegate rates. The clubhouse can be arranged as per your requirements depending on numbers and use.
