The morning of your wedding goes so quickly, on this day I had received 5 supplier calls, 2 logistic decisions to make on behalf of the client before 9am.

Proof that every couple needs an On- The - Day wedding coordinator ❤️

Today was one of the most spectacular days working with A&J to bring together their amazing wedding.

Working with the most incredible suppliers to bring together this most thought out wedding Ive had had the pleasure of being at. With the bride being an architect every design element was so important. To see my non emotional bride cry when she entered the room was a highlight of my career ❤️

Can’t wait to share more on this magical day!

POV: your wedding coordinator arrives on site and suddenly your stress becomes her problem 🤍

You’re sipping champagne, getting glam, living your best bridal life…

Meanwhile she’s:
— pinning boutonnieres
— fixing the seating chart crisis
— cueing the aisle song
— finding grandma
— steaming dresses
— answering 47 supplier questions before 10am

all with a smile and an iced coffee in hand ❤️

The luxury is not having to think about a single thing on your wedding day.

Save this for your wedding planning era & send it to the bride who needs a coordinator on speed dial 🤍

The best weddings feel effortless because someone is orchestrating every detail behind the scenes.

I work closely with couples to ensure their day flows seamlessly — from supplier management and styling details to keeping the timeline calm and stress-free.

So whilst you soak up every beautiful moment… I’m quietly making the magic happen behind the scenes 🤍

Enjoyed my rare “day off” today preparing for an epic May 2026 ❤️

Organising logistics, finalising timelines and finalising design details is what it’s all about. It’s all about the preparation ❤️

Three details couples often overlook when planning their wedding 🤍

🤍Planning who will gather everything the next day
At the end of your celebration, everyone is either swept up in the moment or ready to rest.
Give yourself the gift of ease by entrusting someone reliable to collect your belongings, so you can simply soak in the final moments of your evening—and wake the next morning without worry.

Many venues transition quickly between events, so having a plan in place ensures everything is taken care of seamlessly.

🤍Taking time to practise the moments that matter most
Your vows, your first dance, even those quiet in-between moments captured on camera—these deserve to feel effortless. A little practice beforehand allows you to move with confidence and presence, so on the day, you can truly feel every moment rather than think through it.

🤍Seeing your space before your guests arrive
You’ve spent months curating every detail. Before the room fills with laughter and celebration, take a quiet pause together to step into your reception space. That private moment allows you to fully appreciate the beauty you’ve created—just the two of you—before the celebration begins.

There’s a quiet kind of luxury in feeling completely present on your wedding day.

Not rushing. Not worrying. Not thinking about what comes next.

Just being—with each other, in every moment.

The smallest, most thoughtful plans are often the ones that make everything feel seamless.

Save this for later 🤍

Be honest… what do YOU notice first at a wedding?

❤️The Atmosphere & Decor

Guests pick up on the overall vibe within seconds—whether it feels romantic, fun, classy, or chaotic.

What stands out:

Lighting (too bright vs. warm and cozy)

Cleanliness and organisation

Table settings and centerpieces

Whether everything feels intentional or rushed

Even simple decor looks amazing if it’s cohesive and well thought out.

❤️Food & Drinks
People may forget your flowers—but they will remember what they ate and drank.

What guests notice:

Taste and quality of the food

Portion sizes (too small = big complaint)

Speed of service

Drink availability (long bar queues = frustration)

A smooth food/drink experience = happy guests.

Even if everything looks beautiful, guests feel it if the day is disorganised.

❤️Flow & Organisation

Common things they notice:

Long waiting times between events

Confusion about where to go

Delays in speeches or dinner

Awkward gaps with nothing happening

A well-paced timeline makes the whole day feel polished.

Save this if you’re planning a wedding & tell me—what do YOU notice first ❤️
