Hello, my name is Charlie and since lockdown 3.0 has been announced, I have had nothing to do, so I thought I would use my culinary skills to make Charlies lockdown sushi and provide sushi lovers with cheap fresh home made sushi, I am coming to to finishing my level 3 course on catering and get my qualification however i have all of my food hygiene and health and safety certificates, so I am to be trusted, i'm not just some weirdo making sushi. Anyway if you are interested message me and I will send over a price list and menu as have not posted it all yet. If you not a fan of sushi I would highly appreciate a share to get me out there. :)
