We're thrilled to share that Shore Events has won Best Incentive at the Awards 2026! 🏆

Jody and Sarah represented Shore Events in London last night at where they were delighted to accept the award in person. This award recognises an incredible incentive programme in Marrakech that was so much more than just a trip.

Excitement started building with a year-long communications campaign, and the programme was designed not only as a reward, but as a transformational experience; deeply personal, highly curated, and aligned with our client's mission of excellence, innovation, and connection.

Behind the expertly delivered guest experience was an incredibly complex operation, requiring meticulous coordination, adaptability, and real-time problem-solving to bring every element together. A huge thank you to our fantastic partners at and for helping us deliver such an exceptional experience.

Our onsite team did an outstanding job, exceeding expectations for both our client and their delegates every step of the way. It remains one of our favourite events we've delivered, and we're incredibly proud to see it recognised with this award!

Throwback Thursday to an unforgettable incentive in Marrakech for one of our long-standing medical devices clients from the US!

Staying at the , the group were treated to a concierge-style service, with each couple enjoying a bespoke itinerary and a range of group and optional activities.

Highlights included a bespoke perfume masterclass in the home of Mr Benchaâbane, a pool party and dinner at a private desert camp, and sunrise hot air balloon flights!

The group finished their 6-night stay with a luxury classic car fleet transfer to their final dinner in Palais Soleiman, truly a night to remember!

Today is World Oceans Day, and we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to share these recent pictures of coral frames created by delegates during an incentive trip to the Maldives a few years ago.

The Biology Team at told us how much the coral has grown around the frames, which were installed as part of the resort’s Coral Restoration Project, supporting the regeneration of local reef ecosystems.

We are always looking for ways to leave a positive impact on the destinations we visit, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see the lasting difference this initiative continues to make!

Shore Events turns 12!

Whether you've been with us from the beginning or have only recently discovered Shore, we're celebrating 12 years by sharing a few fun facts about our team and what we do.

1. We're a team of 20, made up of event project managers, marketing and creative specialists, and business operations professionals.

2. We're based in Brighton – a vibrant, dynamic and memorable city that perfectly reflects the energy we bring to our events!

3. In 2026 alone, we've already delivered events across four continents, with conferences and incentive programmes taking place in Sweden, Italy, the UK, the US, Indonesia, South Africa and the Caribbean, to name just a few places.

4. Alongside conferences and incentive programmes, we also organise corporate celebrations, investigator meetings, reward and recognition events, team-building experiences, brand activations, golf days, travel programmes and virtual meetings.

5. Our core values are transparency, creativity and accountability, and they sit at the heart of everything we do!

IMEX Frankfurt 2026!

Sophie and Michaela attended Frankfurt the week before last, connecting with industry partners from across the events and hospitality sectors.

Sophie was hosted by .gso and attended a dinner at Westhafen Tower, providing a fantastic opportunity to discover the group's global portfolio and gain deeper insight into its individual properties.

Meanwhile, Michaela was hosted by at the Kimpton Main Frankfurt and joined their networking evening at the stunning Lazuli Rooftop Bar.

The week was packed with insightful educational sessions, inspiring presentations, and back-to-back meetings with hotel groups to explore event spaces and new opportunities. It also provided valuable time to strengthen relationships with local DMCs, gain destination expertise, and better understand the suitability of destinations for future incentive programmes.

The event held in Marrakech last year was truly one-of-a-kind and it is amazing to be recognised for the work put into it.

We were delighted to deliver a bespoke 5-night incentive experience for 20 delegates at the beautiful in the Dominican Republic!

Sophie and Rachael created a programme which combined relaxation and luxury with curated dining experiences across the resort, including Minitas Beach Club, Chilango Taquería, Causa, La Piazzetta, and a stunning private Gala Dinner at La Casita.

A true highlight of the trip was the traditional Hora Loco Grand Carnival celebration! Guests also enjoyed a private excursion to Catalina Island, horse riding, water sports, exclusive pool cabanas, and exploring the resort by golf buggy.

Project Manager Clementine recently returned from two incredible industry experiences, Bangkok and a FAM trip in Cambodia.

With inVOYAGE, the group stayed at , attended a hosted dinner with , met with local suppliers, and experienced a hands-on Thai cooking class at Blue Elephant.

The journey then continued through Cambodia, hosted by .m.connections and . Hosted at the Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra and Anantara Angkor Resort, highlights included a sunset cruise, sunrise at Angkor Wat, dinner at the , and a visit to the .
