An amazing luxury incentive to Mauritius for 30 incredible people at TEMPLESPA!

Staying at the stunning LUX* Grand Baie, the group enjoyed six days of well-earned rest, relaxation, and celebration. Highlights included five unique dining experiences across the resort’s restaurants, from mezze at Walima to high-end Asian cuisine at Ai Kisu (complete with its own underground nightclub), and a sunset dinner at Bisou. A private beach and pool party brought the whole group together for dancing, swimming, and unforgettable moments.

Guests also made the most of the hotel’s spa and water sport activities before the trip concluded with a spectacular gala dinner, which was swiftly relocated from the beach to inside after unexpected rain, without missing a beat!

Sophie and Chris did an amazing job onsite, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with one guest saying the team were “memory creators” and “dream-come-true makers.”

This week we celebrated the launch of Shore Socials with a team breakfast!

As work picks up, it’s nice to take a break and spend time together outside of projects. Junior PM Izzy organised the breakfast, bringing everyone together over pancakes, bagels and matcha, while sharing plans and ideas for socials over the next couple months!

Rachael and Jody recently flew out to Washington, DC, to deliver a two-day investigator meeting for one of our healthcare clients.

The event began with a lovely welcome dinner at the Rooftop at Riggs – a beautiful rooftop venue within the iconic Rooftop at Riggs, with views overlooking downtown DC. The group were fortunate to experience a stunning sunset as they enjoyed their meal.

The following day was packed with insightful presentations and discussions, all hosted at the . And even though thunderstorms threatened some attendees’ flights, with quick organisation and turnaround, all 55 attendees were able to make it to the event. Thank you to , who assisted with airport transfers.

Our final entry in the Shore Summer Super Seven is the stunning resort in the Maldives.

Located on Dhidhoofinolhu Island, this five-star retreat offers both beachfront and over-water villas. With eight restaurants on-site, guests can enjoy a wide variety of dining experiences.

The resort also provides unforgettable opportunities for snorkelling and diving, with the chance to encounter whale sharks, turtles, manta rays, and vibrant tropical fish.

We look forward to hosting a group there in November for an incentive trip, giving them the chance to experience relaxation and luxury in this remarkable setting.

As we come towards the end of summer, preparation for next year’s Kick Off season is in full swing!

It’s got us thinking about the incredible Kick Off conferences and meetings we held at the beginning of this year, which spanned multiple cities across the globe, including Rome, Washington DC, London, Malaga, Liverpool, and Barcelona.

Whether it was for 100 delegates or 1000, each event was a resounding success, bringing colleagues together, sparking fresh ideas, and setting the stage for a year of growth.

Our penultimate Shore Summer Super Seven hotel is the Jumeirah Muscat Bay in Oman.

We were lucky enough to visit and stay at this beautiful property as part of a site visit in May.

With spectacular sea views from every room, overlooking the secluded cove, stunning rock formations and crystal-clear waters – the Jumeirah Muscat Bay is the perfect hotel for a luxurious Omani escape.

The property is a short drive from the historic city of Muscat where the ancient trading port, historic forts, souks, restaurants, modern marinas, golf courses, palaces, the opera house and the incredible grand mosque must be explored.

During our visit we navigated the beautiful coastline by boat, witnessed vast pods of inquisitive dolphins and swam with turtles. There are so many options for an incentive group that enable the programme to be elevated, from super yachts to private beach setups – we’d love to share some of them if you’re keen to reward your team.

Oman’s a fantastic destination for an incentive programme with luxury, culture, activities, and sun sea and sand in abundance.

Our recommendation for an incentive is to twin Muscat with the mountainous Jabal Akhdar region. A 4x4 trip into the high mountains, with a stop enroute at the Nizwa Fort and bustling, authentic souk.

We recently had the pleasure of planning and delivering CA Auto Finance’s Summer Fest, celebrating an incredible 100 years of CA.

Hosted at the historic Brooklands Museum in Weybridge, the event welcomed around 200 guests of all ages for a day packed with food, fun, and entertainment. Along with a fleet of cars, planes, and helicopters, the guests also enjoyed freshly brewed coffee from a mobile van, refreshing mocktails, glitter artists, face painting, a digital caricaturist, and high-energy Mario Kart battles. Live music from a vintage pop trio set the tone, while a photobooth captured memories to treasure. Everyone left with a branded CA picnic basket, the perfect memento of a milestone celebration.

Back in June, we brought together delegates and HCPs for a dynamic meeting and product launch at SPARK Frankfurt for one of our top Healthcare clients. The experience began with a welcome dinner at L’Osteria, followed by a packed day of inspiring presentations in the morning and engaging, interactive discussions in the afternoon.

From hotel and finance coordination to creative and branding, AV and delegate management, every detail was carefully handled by our team. Shoutout to Sarah, Sophie, Clementine and Ellie, who made sure everything ran like clockwork from start to finish.
