GIN TASTING AT BOLLA 💫

Join us at Bolla for an evening with Pocketful of Stones.

On the 30th April, 6–8pm, we’ll be hosting a laid-back gin tasting and exploring a selection of beautiful blends, the stories behind them, with plenty to sip + chat about.

G+T on arrival, then a guided tasting (with pairings), a bit of know-how on how to taste, and everything from landscape to still to glass. We’ll keep you going with Bolla snacks alongside.

£21pp — includes snacks

If you’re feeling peckish, you can pre-order food (same as our wine tastings). And if you find a favourite — you probably will, there will be discounts on bottles to take home on the night.

Ticket includes gin tasting only. Food can be added after booking.

There’s no perfect way to say this, so I’ll just say it: Bolla is up for sale.

What started as an idea (one that felt equal parts exciting and terrifying) slowly turned into something far bigger than I ever imagined. Somewhere along the way, it stopped being just a business. It became a neighbourhood, a community, a family. A space filled with energy, people, stories, and moments I’ll carry with me for life.

There have been long days, early mornings, late nights, plenty of unknowns, and a lot of learning as I went. But in between all of that has been so much good, the kind you can’t plan for. The conversations, the familiar faces, the team who stood beside me and made it what it is. And I have to say, none of it would have been what it is without Luci, who was instrumental in shaping Bolla into what it became. Building this alongside one of your closest friends is something I’ll never take for granted, it’s been a real privilege.

So why now? Because sometimes you just know when it’s time to turn the page.

I’ve got some exciting things ahead, things that feel right for where I’m heading next, and while I’m not quite ready to share just yet, I promise it won’t be long.

Letting go of Bolla isn’t easy. It’s something I’m incredibly proud of. But that’s also what makes it the right time to hand it over, to someone new who can bring their own vision, energy, and ideas to it.
To everyone who’s supported Bolla in any way, whether you’ve been there from the start or just recently found us, thank you. You’ve made this experience far more special than I could have imagined.

Here’s to everything Bolla has been, and everything that’s still to come. 🥂 💫🫶
