💔 Honest Yoga was created with one purpose: to serve the community. During these times, I believe it would be contrary to the welfare of our community to continue gathering as a group for class. Therefore, we will no longer be flowing together in the Scouts Hall until further notice.

👨‍👩‍👦 My husband has multiple sclerosis and has been receiving immunosuppressants, and we all have other loved ones who qualify as "higher risk." With them - and everyone - in mind, we want to stop the spread and flatten the curve. 📈📉

💻 So in the meantime, I invite you and your family to join me online for a digital Honest Yoga experience from your home, free of charge. Starting shortly, I will be uploading full video practices to Facebook, YouTube, and our website. There will be classes for regular attendees, beginners, and families with children.
