We are a family run, premium event catering company based in Branksome, Poole in Dorset. Specialising in catering for private parties and corporate events in Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch. Passion Fruit Catering, founded in 2015 by Sara Gibson a qualified, classically trained Chef with 21 years experience who started her training at Westminster Kingsway College in London. Sara has worked in

Michelin star restaurants, hotels and event venues. One of Sara’s most memorable achievements whilst working as the Head Chef of the Maritime museum and the Queens house in London, was cooking for the late Majesty The Queen’s Jubilee celebrations for 500 guests and providing full catering for the England Equestrian team during the 2012 Olympics. With 7 years of running our catering events business, we have worked on a large number of private and corporate events and can provide catering in all manor of venues and locations from private homes, wedding venues, grade listed buildings, warehouses, offices, boats, yachts to building mobile event kitchens in fields. With our experienced team and ‘can do attitude’ give us a challenge and we’ll do our utmost to make it work!

“The Passion Fruit team catered my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday. From initial contact to wrapping up the event I cannot fault the service. Frances and her team were so helpful and professional. The team were so friendly and our guests had such high praise for their amazing attitude. And I haven’t even mentioned the food and cocktails yet! We had a huge variety of canapés and every single one was a standout. Sara the chef is so talented and has high attention to detail as the food was beautifully presented. Equally the cocktails were interesting and delicious, served in lovely glasses with garnishes. I cannot recommend Passion Fruit catering enough and wish we had another party to host to eat their delicious food.“

We are proud to be amongst the home counties leading catering companies, renowned for our delicious food & innovative events. We are a dedicated, professional team of foodies that are passionate about food and exceeding our client’s expectations.

Chef Director Sara Gibson from Buckinghamshire started her career studying a chef Diploma followed by a Business management course at Westminster Kingsway College. Sara’s career highlights include catering for 500 of HMQ guests for the Queens Jubilee and catering for the London Olympics Equestrian team whilst working as the head chef at the National Maritime Museum in London. Sara founded Passion Fruit Catering in 2014, she is consistently striving for excellence and supports this with a hands on approach in all aspects of the business.
