IDEAL CHRISTMAS PRESENT

Great value, private one to one tuition. Perfect for either the under confident cook/novice or the competent cook, bored of their own repertoire. Or perhaps you want advise/help with a special occasion but don’t want to hire a caterer.

Under confident in the kitchen?

If you are a novice or not confident in the kitchen I will show you how to create a range of dishes easy to replicate, with confidence. I will listen to your tastes, needs and tailor the session/s to you. I am known for my down to earth, relaxed delivery. You will be given lots of tips and time savers. I can advise you on store cupboard must haves, batch cooking and more. I am passionate about what I do and would love to share my big flavour, delicious recipes with you.

You can cook but are bored

You can cook but are bored with churning out the same old thing. Perhaps you do not want to spend hours, using 1,000 different ingredients to mix things up a bit. Perhaps some new simple suppers might be what I can help you with

A special supper/party

I can offer full catering. I have catered lots of big parties and weddings but perhaps you want to do much of it yourself. I can either give you tuition to create some food ahead or I can do it with you and organise plate/glass hire etc.

What will it cost

£50 per hour ( minimum 2 hrs)

After a break from running workshops this summer and autumn, I am now offering limited public workshops in January and February. These make well received, popular Christmas presents but spaces are limited. For personal reasons I have had to cut back on public classes. However, should you be interested in a private group booking or a private lesson I am now offering this service Monday to Thursday, daytime or evening.
