🌸 A very special bespoke little caravan tribute 🌸

I absolutely loved creating this beautiful vintage style caravan, (I wanted it to be more of a bubble shape, but the customer didn’t ) completely handmade from flowers and filled with so many little personal details. From the windows and door to the wheel, bunting and pretty floral garden.
Bespoke funeral flowers are about so much more than flowers — they’re about capturing memories, personalities and the things that meant something special to the person being remembered.

When you’ve spent your time creating a beautiful, colourful coffin spray filled with love… you need someone very special to stand guard. 💐💗

Little Rosie has decided this one isn’t leaving her sight! 🥹🐶 Whether she’s protecting the flowers or just admiring all those gorgeous colours, I’m not quite sure! 😂

There’s something so lovely about having her by my side while I work. Every tribute that leaves Milly’s Florist is made with love, care and respect — and apparently now comes with Rosie’s paw of approval too! 🐾🌈🌹

🐾🌸 A very special farewell, created with love 🌸🐾

It was an absolute privilege to create this beautiful dog tribute for a lovely lady who had a very special pet called Happy. ❤️

This was such a personal and meaningful final farewell for this client.

Every flower was carefully placed to bring this little character to life, surrounded by beautiful bright blooms to celebrate precious memories and the love.

Wednesday was one of those days that really tested me.

I’d spent hours creating this bespoke tree surgeon tribute when, with just over an hour before it needed to leave, a sudden gust of wind caught it and sent it crashing to the ground. It completely smashed into pieces.

For a few moments, my heart sank… but there wasn’t time to dwell on it.

I took a deep breath, re-carved the design from scratch, and rebuilt the tribute in just over an hour. Was it stressful? Absolutely. Did I want to cry? Definitely! But when a family is relying on you during one of the hardest times of their lives, you simply keep going.

I’m actually really proud of how the finished tribute turned out, with the help of both Katie’s jumping on it and especially knowing the journey it took to get there.

This is the reality behind floristry. It’s not always picture-perfect. Sometimes there are tears, setbacks, broken designs and unexpected challenges. But no matter what happens, I’ll always do everything I can to make sure every family receives something made with love, care and respect.

Sometimes Mother Nature wins the battle…💚
