Paperlicious Oasis was created in 2007, my craft room, a place for me to escape from the trials and tribulations of everyday life, my lil oasis where I can release my creativity. Originally scrapbooking and making one of a kind cards for all occasions. In 2011 my closest friend announced that she was getting married and that I was going to make her wedding stationery. From then on I have made wedd

ing stationery for family and friends. February 21st 2017 our eldest son was tragically killed in a car crash. This just put everything into perspective and made me realise that life is far too short, do the things you want to do while you have chance. Paperlicious Oasis Limited became my official little wedding stationery business in August 2017. I am thoroughly enjoying meeting so many lovely, blissfully happy engaged couples and having the honour of creating their wedding stationery. I'm happy to say that my little oasis is thriving and I now look forward to a happier future.

Introducing the newlyweds, our son Ryan and his Bride Shaunagh aka, Mr & Mrs Cody.

Ryan and Shaunagh had their special day on Monday. It was the perfect day from dawn til midnight, a day filled with love, laughter, happiness, emotions and remembrance.

I’d just like to give a HUMOUNGOUS shout out to Louise and Richard of .photography for capturing Ryan and Shaunagh’s special day so beautifully.

I’ve known Louise and Richard for a few years now and they truly are the best at what they do! Not only are the genuinely lovely people, but they also go above and beyond to make you feel at ease in front of the camera, they seamlessly blend into your special day. They work extremely long hours, they’re impeccable at their craft.

If you’re looking for a photographer/videographer for your special day, I can hand on heart recommended RAM Photography & Film. Ryan and Shaunagh received their sneak peek photographs the following evening, and this evening a sneaky peek highlights video was available, how amazing is that!

We’re over the moon with everything Louise and Richard have created so far for Ryan and Shaunagh. Just blown away with you guys, incredible photographers/videographers, beautiful people inside and out.

Thank you so very, very much for playing such a big part in Ryan and Shaunagh's special day ###

And now for a very long overdue update about Paperlicious Oasis. As of February this year I made the decision, for various reasons, to close my lil Oasis.

Thank you to all my lovely couples and suppliers alike for supporting me throughout my 7-years in business, I had a blast, but all good things come to an end and it was time for me to move on. I'm now on Nanna duties, and I love it, four gorgeous grandchildren and another one due next week....what a wonderful/crazy month of celebrations ###

Hubby and I have just returned home after celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary with THE most amazing holiday spending 5-nights in Sorrento, 3-nights in Florence and 2-nights in Genoa.

We visited Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Siena and Pisa. Cruised around the Amalfi/Sorrento Coast. Walked along the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and taken in the magnificent sights of Florence. Spent the after wine tasting at a stunning vineyard in the gorgeous, picturesque Tuscan village of San Gimignano. I've taken that many photo's my phone is now full on storage 🙈

I shall be catching up and replying to emails and messages throughout the day 💕

Wow!....What a fantastic wedding fayre yesterday at hosted by the attendance was incredible.

Thank you for all your hard work in organising such a fabulous day and always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was so lovely catching up with supplier/friends that I've not seen in a while.

The day was filled with laughter, smiles and lots of wedding talk.

Thank you to all the happy couples who stopped by for a chat, booked in for condultations or left your details for me to contact you.

Hellooooo!.....It's been a while. How are you all keeping?

I thought it was about time I showed myself on the grid and re-introduced myself, say a BIG Hello and thank you to all my new followers. Welcome to my lil Oasis.

I'm Vicki, creator of Paperlicious Oasis, based in Beddau, Pontypridd.

Not that I act it but I turned 52 in September. Wife to Stephen, mum to four amazing, grown-up children and nanna to three adorable grandchildren. Tragically our eldest son, Tom, was killed in a car crash in 2017. He would be 30 now.

Notebook nerd, lover of lists, organisation and anything to do with stationery in general. Ooohhh and I drink far too much tea.
