A thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all attendees to an Evening with Joe Ledley, hosted by Speakeasy Club on Friday.
Fantastic behind the scenes stories, question and answers and great banter.

We are hosting our qualifying round on Sunday 17th of May. Let’s see if we can get a pair from PGC to go all the way to Tenerife.

As the season is about to start we would like to give our sincere thanks to some organisations and individuals that have helped us greatly.

The Women’s Golf Legacy Fund is helping golf clubs across Wales make a real difference.

We have had a generous grant from Wales Golf to build a ladies toilet and Halfway House facility at the centre of our course.

It has been ideally located between the 6th Green and 7th tee, the 9th and 10th and 17th and 18th.

This facility will encourage more women to try a new sport and feel comfortable in their surroundings.

Many thanks to Wales Golf for their support and to our greens team and Neil, Huw and volunteers for building it, as can be seen in the pictures below.

Thank you also to Glamorgan 1:1 Financial for their support which will allow us to make full use of the facility this season.

Our own Steve Morgan was joined by ex professional darts player and now TV darts pundit/commentator Wayne Mardle.

Lots happening at the club today.
Despite the wintry weather we had 20 Juniors enjoying their Junior Open Day. Thank you to the adaptability of the organisers and the children. Whilst not able to fully get out on the course they were able to use the practice area and indoor putting studio as well as the main clubhouse.

Delighted to catch up with Theo and Rebecca from Wales Golf too. It was great that they could see the Junior Section in action and we had a productive meeting where we were given great advice as well as being able to thank Wales Golf for their continued support.

We appreciate the support from club volunteers for making this happen as well as a few dads that gave up their time and Caitlin and Bev for ensuring everyone was well fed.
