I’m also a qualified art teacher, have a husband, two kids and two dogs and have a love for all things pink, sparkly, and joyfully creative. After years of running therapeutic art sessions with people in recovery and various different workshops, I saw firsthand how powerful creativity can be. What started as Psst Art Events has now grown into Art Haus: a bold, welcoming space for all ages and abilities. Whether you're 7 or 70, a total newbie or seasoned maker, there's always room for you at the table. Let’s make something beautiful (and probably glitter-covered) together!

Things are moving so fast at Art Haus, I can barely keep up! 🎨💖 So here’s a little reminder of everything happening this month.

There is so much going on for adults, kids and teens — honestly, too much creativity for just one person! 😂 So why not get the whole family involved? There really is something for everyone. 🖌️✨

Morning everyone! ☔️🌧️

I’ve been sprucing up the Art Haus windows this week! 🎨✨

I’ve created a colourful bird mobile display from our summer programme activities 🐦🌈 and I’m also busy creating a fabulous Pride window display ready for all the celebrations! .newport 🏳️‍🌈✨

What a wet and yucky morning it is! But there are lots of exciting things happening at Art Haus, so we’ve got plenty to look forward to! 🎨✨

✨ So, for the past few days I’ve been squirrelling away in my home studio creating this personalised sign… and I absolutely LOVE how it turned out! ✨

But trust me, this wasn’t what I started with! 😂

I originally created a completely different sign, but I just wasn’t happy with it. So I started again from scratch and decided to stick to what I actually loved — and I’m so glad I did!

And let me tell you… gold leaf is a nightmare! 😂 It gets EVERYWHERE, including all the places you really don’t want it to go! It definitely made this a time-consuming process, but I’m so happy with the end result.

And the best bit? Lucy loves her sign, my client was happy… and I was happy too! ❤️

I think because of my dyslexia, I’ve always struggled with spelling, but I’ve also always had this fascination with words. Maybe that’s why I love creating personalised pieces so much.

And I’m sure if you’ve read any of my posts, you’ll have spotted plenty of spelling and grammar mistakes along the way! 😂

But hey ho… we can’t all be good at everything! And if spelling is my downfall, then I’m OK with that. I know where my strengths are — creating, making, designing and bringing ideas to life. ❤️

So, . I want to wish you the BEST night tonight as you celebrate the release of your new song at in Newport! 🎶✨

Hi, I’m Wadziie, founder of Wadziies Little Shop, where I create natural body butters and deliver creative wellbeing workshops.

Growing up as the child of immigrants, I felt pressured to pursue a career in healthcare rather than entrepreneurship. After realising I was living to meet others’ expectations instead of my own ambitions, I decided to follow my dream and launched Wadziies Little Shop in 2021, relaunching the brand in 2022.

Since then, we’ve become known for our bestselling natural body butters, hosted pop-up shops, featured on UWE Radio, and delivered workshops across local communities. We’ve also partnered with Bristol City Council for International Women’s Day and Newport Council Volunteering, creating engaging, hands-on wellbeing experiences for diverse groups.
