What an absolute pleasure catering for a beautiful couple on their special day! The perfect setting on the perfect day 💍🌷

Lauren secured her booking with us in 2025 requesting a luxury grazing table for 100 guests for their wedding breakfast 🤍

provided luxury cheese boards, selection of sandwiches, savouries, wraps, seasonal fruit, cold meats, cured meats, antipasti, fresh bread, chips and dips, bread rolls and Indian and Chinese party selection.

Dessert provided was Victoria sponge, carrot cake, lemon sponge, Welsh cakes, rocky road and macaroons 😋

A mini children’s grazing table was also added for the little ones!

Our Charcuterie Bar is not just a catering service; it's an experience.

Our stylish bar setup adds a sophisticated touch to every event—perfect for weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, and family get-togethers.

Blending rustic charm with a hassle-free setup, our bar naturally becomes the heart of your event—bringing guests together to enjoy every delicious moment.

How does it work?
We’ll bring along our beautifully styled Charcuterie Bar and set everything up for you.

We provide all the food, allowing your guests to create their own graze boards from our brunch cart—filled with delicious treats like cured meats, cheeses, chutney, pickles, crackers, breads, fruits, antipasti & delicious desserts.

Our pricing is per person, and you can choose your favourite 9 items from our wide grazing menu—perfectly tailored to your taste and dietary preferences.

𝐼𝓂𝓅𝑜𝓇𝓉𝒶𝓃𝓉 𝒾𝓃𝒻𝑜

🤍 Hire our Charcuterie Bar to cater a minimum of 30+ people

🤍 Ice packs provided to keep the food chilled

🤍 We make sure it the cart fully stocked to cater for the amount of guests you have specified at the time of booking

🤍 Guests can create their very own bespoke food boards

🤍 Our Charcuterie Bar will be delivered and collected at the time and location agreed when booking. Bookings are subject to a small delivery fee.

🤍 £100 deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Should any damage of any kind be caused to the cart during the hire time, the deposit will unfortunately not be refunded (the customer named on the booking will be charged).

IMPORTANT:
Please note that all of our products are made in a kitchen that uses cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soya, sulphites/sulphur dioxide, sesame, fish, mustard, and celery/celeriac.
Whilst we take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, unfortunately we cannot guarantee any of our items are allergen free.

Hi, I’m Carrie 😊

I thought it would be a great time to introduce myself to those who are new to our page! 👋

I’m the person behind the scenes making it all happen — the creator, the planner, the problem solver and occasionally the coffee drinker who’s trying to remember where I put my tools ☕

My business means so much to me, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support from all my customers. Every order, message and recommendation truly makes a difference 🙏

As we move into our 5th operational year I’m looking forward to sharing my new ideas and continuing to grow with such a supportive client base and community. Thank you for being here to support my journey!

Here’s a little bit more about the face behind my business 🤍

I live in Blaenavon, South East Wales with my gorgeous family Lee, Lili and Rose 🏡

My sisters are my besties and I’m lucky enough to have fab friends and social circle 😊

I love the theatre, film and the arts and have performed on stage and tv 🎭

I love to sing 🎤

Music is my passion, my fave genres are soul, blues and rockabilly. I once sang in a rock n roll band 🎸

I was lucky enough to meet my idol Imelda May on my 40th Birthday and was not disappointed - always meet your heroes! 🎶

Top 5 places I’ve travelled are The Maldives, France, Australia, Greece and Italy ☀️

With an affinity for nature and the outdoors I have a dream to live by the sea one day 🌊

I worked for the NHS for 16 years and studied HR Management in University 🎓

I took the leap to started my own business in 2021 to enjoy a better work life balance to bring up my girls 💓

My love for hospitality, entertaining and making aesthetically satisfying food helped me establish the Green Gables Grazing brand and feel blessed I work in a job I love!
