Sunday lunch is sorted.

We’re heading to Roundhill Working Men’s Club on Sunday 15 November to serve up a Community Sunday Dinner.

Choose from a 1pm or 3pm sitting and enjoy a proper Sunday lunch with us.

Adults: £10
Children under 12: £7.50
Dessert: £3 extra

The Caring Kitchen is hosting two nights of Christmas celebrations, with a delicious two-course meal and live entertainment.

We’re bringing the Caring Kitchen Christmas Party to The Roundhill Club for two festive nights of food, music and plenty of Christmas spirit.

We're proud to have Ted as part of The Caring Kitchen family. 💙

For 10 years, Ted has volunteered his time to help keep our kitchens running smoothly, always with a smile and a willingness to help wherever needed.

As part of Volunteers' Week, we're celebrating Ted and thanking him for his incredible dedication and support.

Every Wednesday for the last 10 years, Ted has walked through the doors of The Prince of Wales Hospice ready to help. 💖

While many people may never see the work he does behind the scenes, Ted plays a huge role in keeping our The Caring Kitchen Catering running smoothly. From washing endless dishes to keeping kitchens clean, stocked and organised, no task is ever too much trouble, and he always does it with a smile.

“His presence brings a sense of calm and reassurance to both staff and patients.”

His calm, kind and reliable presence has become such an important part of life at the Hospice for both staff and patients alike.

As part of Volunteers’ Week, we’re proud to celebrate Ted and the incredible difference he has made over the last decade.

Ted was recently nominated for Room to Reward in recognition of his dedication and commitment as one of our amazing volunteers.
