I had the pleasure of working with L&M to plan their party celebrating their micro wedding at Penrice Castle. They’re an incredibly private couple and I was delighted to read their kind words. “Gail helped us plan and coordinate a large party we held in May 2024 to celebrate our marriage, as our original wedding in 2020 had been impacted by Covid and so was an intimate family affair only. We promised our wider friends and family a belated party and Gail was absolutely instrumental in making this happen smoothly. “Our wedding day would not have been possible without Gail. Following Covid-19, we decided not to wait any longer and set Gail the task of planning our dream wedding in 9 weeks!

Nothing was too much trouble, even when the Covid-19 rules were relaxed and we told Gail we would now have 100 guests!

Given the tight timescale, both working full time, and finding out I was pregnant, we wanted someone to take lead and arrange our perfect day.

Gail began by arranging a call with us to learn about us as a couple, what we liked, and how we pictured our wedding day. I felt at ease as Gail just seemed to get us. She made everything so easy for us by both finding and liaising with suppliers on our behalf.

We should add, this wasn’t a normal wedding arrangement. Instead of marrying at a venue, we decided to marry at my finances parents house. We had successfully obtained the licence, but this meant Gail had to make additional arrangements that would normally be part of a venue - like toilets…

We had the wedding party in a marquee in the garden. Gail managed to navigate the challenge of catering who had a portable kitchen, arranged power and you wouldn’t have known it was there! We had such good feedback about our wedding meal, including the variety and quality of the food.

Gail also arranged our flowers, including some of her own. They were beautiful and classic. She found our band, photographer, videographer and even bar staff! Gail also arranged all of our invitations, sent them out and recorded all of the RSVPs.

Gail was such a fabulous presence on the day! She made sure everything was set up perfectly. She also made sure everyone was in check! Just the right level of fun and order!

We are so grateful to Gail for giving us our perfect day! I would highly recommend her services, she is incredibly professional and extremely creative.”

What can I say, Gail is the best wedding planner ever!! She made the experience of planning our wedding with a newborn so much easier, she is professional, attentive and most of all a lovely person who I will forever remain in contact with.
