🌿 Find Your Calm at the Woolwell Centre!
We are so pleased to announce a brand-new class starting at the centre: Chair Based Tai Chi!

If you are looking to boost your wellbeing in a friendly and supportive environment, this is a wonderful opportunity. Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing is easy to learn and focuses on relaxation, flexibility, calmness, co-ordination, and creativity.

Whether you’re looking to improve your movement or simply enjoy a peaceful hour, we would love to see you there.

When: Every Thursday, 11 am – 12 pm

Where: Woolwell Community Centre

Cost: £4 per session

Join us at the Woolwell Centre for FREE digital support sessions, delivered in partnership with T Level Digital Support students from City College Plymouth.

Whether you are eager to learn something new or simply build confidence with technology, these relaxed, friendly sessions will help you:
- Use your smartphone or tablet with confidence
- Send photos to family and friends
- Navigate WhatsApp, FaceTime and video calls
- Make the most of accessibility features
- Stay safe online and spot scams

Hello everyone! I’m Sarah Gray, and I would love to invite you to join my upcoming Pilates classes at the Woolwell Centre.

Whether you are looking to build strength, improve your flexibility, or simply carve out some time for yourself in a peaceful environment, these classes are designed to be a welcoming space for everyone. My sessions are mixed-ability, meaning they are perfectly suited for all ages and fitness levels.

When & Where:

Location: The Woolwell Centre, Darklake Lane, PL6 7TR

Tuesdays: 09:00–10:00 and 10:30–11:30

Thursdays: 12:45–13:45 and 14:00–15:00

What to bring:

Please remember to bring along a towel and a drink to keep yourself hydrated.
