Evening everyone! Through the winter months, Chef Pat has been working in local pubs to help with holidays! Unfortunately, this means we haven't had a chance to keep everyone up to date with his wonderful culinary skills.

It was an absolute pleasure to cater for a special 60th Birthday this weekend.

Starting with a selection of canapés, followed by beef wellington and finished with a rich triple chocolate brownie.

Can we also take a moment for the superb venue. Those views 😍!

Let me introduce you to Patrick. He has over 25 years experience as a chef, working in all areas of the kitchen and for establishments holding 2 rosettes.
With a passion for events catering and fine dining Patrick set up after moving to Devon 2023, but has been specialising in Private Dining for a decade. Having owned his own restaurant, he knows some of the challenges that come with running a catering business and is looking to offer temporary cover / consultancy / catering help.
