Welcome to my new page which I feel is important next step for me. Those of you who know me well will of realised that I have struggled to find my way since moving back to the UK and losing all I had nurtured in Mexico so I have launched this page to consolidate all the strings I have been adding to my bow including my passion for food, wellness, macrobiotics, conscious learning, the positive progression of women, mother earth and nature, sailing and my love of the South West. I am excited to share these passions with each one of you and am grateful for every single one of you for supporting me.
