Your opinions are important to us and I’d like your help please 🙏🏻
Recently we’ve been adjusting our opening hours to try and accommodate what we consider demand for our little play centre
It’s quite difficult to get the perfect balance between providing enough playtime, keeping the business going financially, offering a booking free flexible approach and also having a home life 🤔
We recently changed our Saturday hours to 10-1 but I’m not sure if this was a mistake. I made this change as most people were coming in on a Saturday morning then the afternoons were incredibly quiet most weeks. Since we’ve changed Saturdays are even quieter. I appreciate the weather plays a massive part in how busy we are so this could be due to that but I just don’t know?? Do you now think you won’t bother on a Saturday as there’s such a small window for play now? Would you not visit on a Saturday regardless as your kids do activities such as dancing, football etc on a Saturday?
Then we have the Sunday dilemma - as many of you know we only open for play on a Sunday during the colder months, again due to lack of demand. However we do have people who visit regularly on Sundays throughout the winter who say they really miss being able to visit in the summer. Is Sunday more a day when you’d visit due to no clubs for your kids? Should we consider opening a few Sundays throughout the summer? Maybe when the weather is bad? If I advertised through the week that we were opening that Sunday would you come in or do you already have your weekends planned out?
Honestly any feedback on this is much appreciated even if you consider it a criticism. I’d love to hear any suggestions or feedback in the comments
Thanks again to you all for your support 😁
