Macmillan Coffee Morning at The Pavilion ☕💚
Huge thanks to everyone who joined our Macmillan Coffee Morning, part of the national event.
Together we raised £380.25! 🎉

It was a warm, welcoming morning to talk, eat cake, and share experiences. Guests could also chat with Macmillan Support, Join the Dots, and Samantha Sproates, our resident Massage Therapist & Reflexologist.

Samantha is hospital-trained and experienced in oncology and cancer care. She offers a discounted rate for anyone affected by cancer — including carers and loved ones — and supports people with a wide range of conditions (e.g. Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, and those affected by stroke).

Massage can support deep relaxation, a positive outlook and stress management.
It may also help relieve muscular aches and pains (e.g. sciatica, frozen shoulder and old injuries).
