Happy Monday

So......this is a post I've put off writing for a while now, but I have to do it.

I am a small business, its just me, making the moulds, scraping the moulds, packing, filling psint pots and advertising and it takes a lot of time. In all honesty I don't really think I would call it a business now, but a hobby I love doing, for the simple reason, a business makes money, hobbies usually don't.

I've been working at a loss for a few months now as the price of things since I started Splat have risen and I haven't raised my prices along with it.

Example below, my plaster I use, used to be £12.50
Now it's over £26!!!! A bag. And it's not just my plaster, but boxes too.

So......I'm going to slightly raise my prices, it'll just be £1-£2 depending on the boxes and 50p on the party bags. We'll see how it goes.

I would also like to start taking deposits as I have to cover any loss of orders that aren't picked up.
I mean, if you order online, you pay upfront, it's really no difference, its just a little bit of comfort for me that if an order isn't collected, I'm not at a total loss.

I'm really sorry to all my customers, I didn't want to do this and I've put off doing it for months now, I hope you all understand ❤️
