We can’t wait to welcome you to The Jingle Bell Cafe for some delicious afternoon tea & entertainment then join the elves in Santas workshop for Christmas makes & magic, write & post your Santa letter and visit the main man himself in his special grotto to receive your gift. (All included in ticket price)
Tickets go for Sale on Wednesday 26th August 2026 at 1pm via Facebook Private Message on this page only (fairytale party hire). Please pass info on to anyone that may not be on Facebook before WEDNESDAY.
Best Advice is for one person in the party to book all tickets to avoid confusion and missing out.
HOW TO BOOK & INFO
**Please message with your required amount of tickets, preferred time slot and if you are available for alternative slot should your preferred slot be full. Names, ages of children and anyone you wish to be seated with (if booking separate) should be given in this message.
**Tables are of around 6 or 8. Should you require more at a table then please state this in message and we can see what we can do.
**if you are a small party of 2-4 please be advised that you will be placed with other small parties to ensure all available space is used.
**High chairs are limited please specify when booking if you require one and we will try our best to allocate one to you.
**Please do not message before this time as messages will fall to the bottom of the que.
**Messages will be responded to in order, sending various messages will result in loosing place in que so make sure all info is in your first message.
**There is only a limited amount of space therefore we will try and accommodate as much guests as possible however it will be on a first come first served basis.
**£10 non refundable deposit required for each person attending at time of booking to secure spot. Balance is due no later than Saturday 21st November.
