A tinge of sadness to announce that Jim & Nigel have decided to hang up the aprons and retire gracefully… Thank you to all our adventurous foodie customers, too many to name but you know who you are. It has been a joy to cook for you in 40 degrees, in driving rain, and more than once, in total darkness! Thank you to all our great local suppliers and producers too – check out our Instagram for our recommendations. Finally thank you to our brilliant team of Helen, Claire, Katie, Hannah, Robbie and our transport hero Adam – you have all been stars! We will miss the teamwork and chat.
