"What a brilliant weekend we had 4 families at the private camping area right on the river bank. A beautiful secluded little spot with riverfront views and a pair of nesting red Kites with chicks in the enormous elm tree. The kids got out of their tents and straight into the water where they stayed all day. Swimming in the cool river water was a joy. If you're looking for a quiet getaway with some family and friends then it doesn't get much better than this. Thank you Kaz, Charles & Fotheringhay Campsite - we'll be back!"

It's the bicentenary of Oundle Town Cricket Club this week.
Lots of events taking place. Looking forward to attending on Wednesday and hope to see you there. A nice connection for us at Fotheringhay Castle Farm too, as my late grandfather captained the club for many years.
