House of Blooms Luxury wedding and event florals in Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas I'm Michaella, I'm an independent florist, specialising in weddings and events.

I offer the full range of wedding flowers, from bridal party bouquets and buttonholes, to large ceremony and reception arrangements. I work closely with each couple, to create unique designs that reflect your style and personality and that everyone will be talking about! I start with a free consultation (a cuppa and a chat!)

So many beautiful flowers go into your wedding florals - especially your bouquet. We love to use lots of different varieties of flowers to really give it texture and interest. Catherine’s bouquet was packed full of gorgeous colourful summer flowers, including scented stocks, delphiniums, craspedia, spray roses, roses and alchemilla.

A marquee set in the beautiful grounds of , in Cambridge for K & E.
A quiet moment between the ceremony and the next part of the day. Long tables were accompanied by rows of bud vases, filled with peonies, roses, stocks and larkspur. We repurposed the aisle meadow flowers for the foot of the guest tables.
This was such a beautiful wedding to be a part of.

Great to be back at the majestic Fotheringhay church, for W & D’s beautiful wedding a few weeks ago.
We filled our large urns with fluffy peonies, roses, larkspur and calla lilies.
It’s always an honour to be chosen to be a part of our amazing couples’ wedding day!!

Today was spent freelancing, for the fabulous for the May Ball, at St John’s College, Cambridge. What an incredible place to be. I even got to walk over the bridge of sighs (I’ve punted underneath it a few times!! Boy was it a hot one, thankfully we were working in the shade.

K & E, what a beautiful wedding and a gorgeous love story 🤍 such a heartfelt occasion and with the couples friend even officiating their ceremony!
Friends and family had travelled from all over to share in their amazing day.
K loves hydrangea and wanted to include lots of them in their flowers. Not an easy feat on the hottest day of the year, but we made it happen!
Peonies are garden roses were the other stars of the show, as well as some flowers from the brides dad’s garden.
