Moonbeam Events' first event was to provide a Christmas Fundraiser for a local charity, within a small village.

Keeping the event within the scope that the villagers were used to, the successful day helped to raise vital funds for the charity being supported. Utilising local stallholders, artists, musicians, photographers and volunteers, the event raised more funds than was expected. Traditional stalls such as arts, crafts, tombola, raffle and an auction were all enjoyed by both the people involved, along with those attending the event.

Villagers and local companies helped provide prizes. The local magazine advertised the event, along with providing a follow-up in the next edition. Supporters agreed to display local posters. All in all, this was a traditional community event that received great feedback.

Moonbeam Events was founded in 2023 to create a village community event raising funds for a local charity.

After the success of this event, the founder, Kirsty Jayne, then went on to receive a scholarship to study for an Event Management Diploma to learn vital skills required in setting up larger events.

Whilst studying for her diploma, Kirsty Jayne was then asked to provide another event within the same village. This would again have a similar feel to that which the villagers were used to, although this time the event would be aimed at providing a great day for all the family.

With the ambition of creating music events, Moonbeam Events then set about organising their first event of this kind. The aim being to provide attendees with an enjoyable musical evening whilst giving opportunities to local performers.

Moonbeam Events continues to strive to work with others, to put on events that can be enjoyed by all.
