Bespoke catering for a private birthday bash:

Customer wanted to bring their 'Ibiza' memories into their birthday celebrations and this included a proper authentic ' kebab' for their guests.

After a taster session, we realised the top most priority was a 'proper Chicken tikka' kebab.

Hence, we created a Bespoke menu:

A warm naan with any of these 3 toppings:
- Chicken tikka (secret is all in the marination)
- Mutton keema (slow cooked over 3 hours just like we do at home)
- Paneer with onions and peppers.

With a bit of curried mayo, shredded lettuce, Kachumber salad, onions, chillies.
Sauces- mint yoghurt, garlic tomato chilli and Sriracha!

And the best part - they gave all the kebabs 'names'! Loved the Ibiza music and little extra details they did for their friends and family for the evening and glad to be a part of their celebrations.

Oh, and defo bringing this menu for more private gigs and local events!

Not only is he joining us for the markets, starting in April but he has also agreed to do Feast on the Square on the 26th of July!

And he has told me, he’s creating a Special Menu just for The Secret Seamstress Events!!!
