Last month was a month of bad news which fried my post summer already fried brain 😵‍💫.
I’ve had a few days off with my kiddos and to settle in the kittens. I’m now back! 💪🏼 Feeling rested and ready for action 😊

Please be careful with those fake spiders webs outside. They’re a nature nightmare, not in a fun Halloween way either!

We have a bit of an apology to make. It's been a pretty rubbish week for us with family loss and the anniversary of one of our mum's passing to deal with. It's meant that I (Shelley) has taken time out and away mentally to deal with so I abandoned the rescue page and messenger to get my head sorted. For that I apologise but sometimes it's needed, people sometimes forget that there's a person behind a rescue that still has work, family and mental health to deal with and on occasion it can get a little overwhelming.

One of us will get back to everyone in the coming days between work shifts but again we are sorry for the radio silence.

Please see the guide, at this point in the year in this area there is no need to worry about young hedgehogs only out at night and still coming for food.
The ones we need to act swiftly with are those out in the day, there is 99.9% always a health issue going on that needs to be diagnosed and treated.

I can’t believe I’m posting this. It only seems five minutes ago we were in a sunny garden all smiles preparing Ria’s baby shower. She has been dealt the most horrific hand and at such a young age. Please help her get through this.
