I have an autistic son that has treated sleep like some enemy territory, that he needs to avoid till he can’t any longer. His iPad was the only thing that made him calm and able to sit quietly. I had a tiny baby and was on my own. Life felt impossible.
I can’t recommend Angie The Graceful Sleep Therapist enough. She kept me sane and helped me with strategies, knowledge and the art of perseverance when I felt I had nothing left in me. If you’re struggling, get help. Sleep is the most glorious and wonderful thing that you can actually buy if you get the right help! 🙌🏼

Our Open Sessions run every Wednesday from 4:30–5:30pm for young people aged 12–16.
