Today, I need to be a little honest with you all. ❤️

For the last 4 years, I have worked tirelessly to build our market.

I’ve put countless hours, energy, money and probably far too much of myself into creating something that supports small businesses, brings people into the city centre and gives our traders somewhere to grow.

And I think, after 4 years, I can safely say…

It works.

I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.

There are some changes happening behind the scenes at the moment, and I’ll be honest — I have a lot of thoughts and a few unanswered questions about what the future may look like.

But I’m not going to speculate, and I’m not going to say anything until I know exactly where things stand.

What I will say is that I care deeply about this market, my traders and the community we have created.

So for now…

I keep showing up.
I keep working.
I keep supporting small businesses.
And I keep believing in what we have built. ❤️

I’ve worked so hard over the last 4 years to build something that is more than just a market. I want to create a place where traders feel welcome, customers enjoy coming along, and everyone feels part of a community.

So when a trader says they’ve had a great day, loved the atmosphere and will be back soon… well, that makes my heart happy! ❤️

Yes, you read that right… TWO DAYS of market fun! ❤️

📍 THURSDAY 1st October
We’re on our lovely Cathedral Square from 10am–5pm with our fantastic mix of street food, artisan goodies, gifts, treats and local traders.

📍 SATURDAY 3rd October
We’re making way for the Black History Month celebrations, so we’re spreading ourselves around the city centre! 🎉
