Peacefully passed away, in the tender care of staff, at Muirton House Care Home, Blairgowrie, with her family by her side on Sunday 21st September 2025, Margaret Gray McIntosh Winter (Peggy) in her 100th year. She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral on Friday 3rd October service in St Serfs Parish Church, Almondbank at 1.00pm thereafter to Jeanfield Cemetery to which all are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. In memory of Peggy there will be a charity collection available for Diabetes UK and Cancer Research UK.

Margaret, Claire, Hazel and Scott, wish to thank all the conscientious staff of Wards 6 & 10 at Ninewells Hospital, together with all the Physiotherapists, OT, Cornhill nurses & Macmillan nurses. The care provided by them to Gordon after his stroke and his ultimate cancer diagnosis was second to none. We particularly wish to express our extreme gratitude to the District Nurses. Without their dedication to ease Gordon’s pain, he could not have been at home for his last three weeks. Thank you girls. Thank you also to those who donated so generously to Cancer Research UK, both at Gordon’s service, and also online in his name. Last but not least, many thanks also to McEwans, Tommy Baxter, Perth Crematorium, Lorna Davies Flowers & McDiarmid Park for arranging a service befitting of Gordon, our incredible husband and father.
