A delicious business lunch all ready to go!
Coronation Chicken with a twist - roast chicken bound in a curry and yoghurt dressing topped with chillis radishes & toasted flaked almonds with oven baked rice and a big garden salad 🥗 garnished with fresh local strawberries 🍓 😋
Finished with some homemade shortbread & fruit loaf! Mmmm😋😋
