Three reasons why you feel stuck and don't know how to get off the hamster wheel.

You're giving your power away to an external source person idea rather than looking internally for what you truly desire and listen to the answers you intuitively hold within.

You're not looking inwards because you're scared of what you'll find you don't truly believe on a deep subconscious level that you're worthy or good enough for what you want in life even though you know you're capable and have the potential on a conscious level.

You don't trust yourself to take the first step you're putting too much pressure on yourself to get it right the first time you're stuck in the I'll just wait until and you realise that they never comes.

Hot tip - There really is truth to the saying music soothes the soul, so much so that it is now recognized as a form of therapy. Music therapy is a recognized and accepted form of therapy, music stimulates so many parts of the brain as well as the emotions it can actually lower your blood pressure and heart rate.

1. BRAIN DUMP
Everything you want to do, get it out of your head onto paper because thinking about all the things you need to do will often block your momentum & focus. By getting it all out in front of you & gaining that awareness, you’re able to make decisions as to what must be prioritised.

2. EFFECTIVE PRIORITISING
At the end of the day you may have checked off most of your tasks but have they been effective? Have you checked off the most important things that are actually propelling you forward? Number 3 is just one of the tools for practicing this.

3. TIME BLOCKING
This is completely personal, you can manage your time hour by hour ~ 20 by 20. Time blocking will help you prioritise your tasks, break up your bigger projects & creates boundaries for yourself & others. If you’re someone who works well under pressure then shorter time blocks will also speed up your productivity & focus. “Things will take as long as the time you allocate to them”

4. DELEGATE
There are plenty of programs out there such as Monday.com which allow you to track your teams progress & manage communication effectively. Delegating is so important to maximise your time as you grow! You can not do it all!

5. MANAGE YOUR DISTRACTIONS
Social media for example ~ delete your apps temporarily if needed or download blockers. Distractions at home ~ go into a cafe to work if you’re too comfy at home. Set up a space that allows you to get in flow.

6. BATCHING TASKS
This is a must! For example creating content. Schedule yourself a few days or even a week to purely create content! This allows you to get in the creative flow, without distractions from other tasks, once this is done you won’t event have to think about it for the next month!

7. TIME TO REST
Make sure you’re scheduling breaks for fun too! Taking time for yourself is so necessary.

There are so many distractions and things that happen in the world that can affect how we feel and our state of minds.

How to protect your peace?

1) Pay attention to your triggers
2) Letting go of negative people
3) Take a break from social media
4) Take some me time
5) Prioritise

- What you need to charge. Know your worth! Not only to keep your business afloat but to help it thrive.

- Time management, set your work hours, how much you can give of yourself to your business and your clients. Self care is necessary.
