So proud of everyone in the Silva Service Family. A massive thank you to all of our staff, our guests and colleagues all over for your continued support.

On Monday evening, we had the pleasure of attending the annual The Food Awards Scotland. We were truly honoured to be nominated for the third year running—especially as we’ve only been trading for three years! You can imagine our surprise (and sheer delight) when our name was called as Café/Bistro of the Year!

We want to give a huge thank you to our amazing team, whose hard work and dedication shine through every single day, bringing both quality and excellent service to our valued customers.

And, of course, to all of you—our supporters, regulars, and friends—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Whether you’ve visited the café, chosen us to cater your special events, or simply shared our posts, every bit of encouragement helps us grow. It means we get to keep doing what we love: serving great food with a smile, and continuing to build our family business.
