Any other florists out there please be careful we had a phone call from a gentleman who ordered a collection for Friday and paid over the phone £500… 5 minutes later he phoned back to say he didn’t realise we were in Sheffield and he was in London , luckily the refund declined and we noticed he was wanting the refund to go in a different card to which he had paid on , when questioned he said he’d created a virtual card to avoid on line fraud and the original card was no longer … after lots more questions he eventually put the phone down and the phone number provided said this persons phone is unavailable 😔, so basically he’s stolen some ones details paid on their card , wanted me to refund to his bank so then I would have sent him £500 and next week I would have had a letter stating £500 had been taken from some ones account and the card processing company would then send them the £500 back from my account 😔…. It’s so difficult running a small business working stupid hours to make ends meet , when things like this happen it destroys you a little and you just loose faith , I’m still worried about it but hoping we stopped it in time 🤦♀️💐
