At Upfront, we’ve got both an onsite indoor bar and an outdoor bar space so your guests can relax, grab a drink and properly enjoy the celebrations from day to night.

Whether it’s cocktails in the sunshine, drinks flowing after the ceremony, or late night dancing inside the barn, the whole venue is designed to keep the atmosphere fun, relaxed and social.

We wanted to create a wedding venue that feels warm, welcoming and easy for couples to make their own and having flexible spaces indoors and outdoors makes such a difference throughout the day 🍃

Sunshine, blue skies, guests arriving and the most beautiful wisteria in full bloom 💐☀️

Wedding season has officially arrived at Upfront Weddings and days like this are exactly why couples fall in love with our countryside venue in the Lake District.

The wisteria featured at the end of this reel was planted by John over 30 years ago and every year it creates the most incredible backdrop for our weddings when it blooms.

There’s something really special about an outdoor ceremony here at Upfront Weddings ✨

If you’ve visited us before, you’ll understand just how surrounded by nature we are. Set on the edge of the beautiful Lake District countryside, the views become part of the day itself 🌿⛰️

For this ceremony, every detail was styled so perfectly for the couple, while still letting the landscape do what it does best create the most beautiful backdrop without even trying 💐

Last weekend’s wedding was filled with great food, good company and a relaxed atmosphere exactly how we love it at Upfront Weddings 🍴✨

We’ve been serving delicious home cooked vegetarian food since 1997, with menus created to suit every couple’s taste and budget. From colourful buffets and casual dining to breakfast for guests the next morning, everything is made with care by our in house team.

We also offer a fully licensed bar to keep the celebrations flowing throughout the day and evening 🍷✨

A huge thank you to last week’s lovely couple for letting us be part of such a special celebration.
