Zoe used Saracino Pasta Cover sugarpaste to achieve that ultra-smooth, flawless finish, and added texture using one of my own embossing mats – and I am OBSESSED with the result! The sugarpaste handles beautifully, and the embossed detail adds just the right touch of subtle elegance.
