Paul and I are three months married today and still very much in our wedding bubble. I wanted to reach out and express my deepest gratitude for everything you did for us.
From the moment I first called to inquire, through our first visit, to the day itself, I have never experienced anything like what Coats Paisley delivered. As an older bride who has worked in and commissioned some of the UK's most beautiful five-star boutique hotels, I cannot recommend Coats and your suppliers enough. Every single person went above and beyond.
I particularly want to highlight the team run by Suzanne. They were incredible, providing invaluable advice and even that special hug on the day when I needed it most. Suzanne was always there for me and the entire wedding party. I also want to thank the team for keeping a very big surprise a secret; it still blows me away.
The care and support extended to our band and media company was heartwarming. Our guests, many of whom traveled from across the UK and Europe, have told us it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. My only regret is that I didn’t listen more closely to the advice regarding timelines!
