Have you ever wondered why people practise yoga?πŸ§πŸ½β€β™€

First of all, yoga makes you feel better. It is not only a good work out but it also helps to relieve anxiety and lower the level of stress. Practicing postures, exercising the breath makes you feel relaxed and released. Yoga can also ease pain and improve your sleep quality! πŸŒ™

As you all know, our event concludes with a meditation session by Ingeborg Guggenberger πŸ₯°

Here is some information on how meditation can enhance your mental health throughout daily life:

Meditation is something very easy.
Anybody can do it, anywhere, anytime and there are lots of different ways of practice - each fit for your mind, your body and your purpose.

Because we are living in such a fast paced world and think throughout the whole day, it seems impossible to stop at some times, even if that is exactly what we need.
Slow down. Relax. Breathe. And forget about all tasks, problems and (especially negative) feelings just for a minute πŸ’†β€β™€

With meditation you create awareness and can learn to control your emotions and thoughts and let go of them when you need it the most. You will perceive your surroundings in a new, brighter light πŸ§Žβ€β™€οΈ

We are all excited to see you on Saturday at our event.
