🚨 IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🚨 fans
1. No alcohol can be brought in or out of the venue as part of our license terms. Bag searches will be in operation at the entrance. Any glass or alcohol will be removed.
2. Please do not bring food. We have lots of food vendors covering a wide range of cuisines. We have everything you need and more 🙂
3. We have a fully licensed bar on site. There will be a separate CASH queue for quicker drink purchases
4. Please don't bring gazebos as we don't have the space and they block other peoples view. Please do bring picnic blankets, chairs, cushions... Make yourself comfortable!
5. The weather looks great at the moment but this is England. Prepare for rain and bring appropriate clothing... But all being well, all you’ll need is sunscreen
6. If you can’t find your tickets don't panic, we can trace you by your name
7. THERE IS NO EVENT PARKING ON SITE!!
However, you are spoilt for choice as you have the best Park n’ Ride system in the UK in Oxford. There are THREE to choose from! All of them have a bus route that takes you to the top of Harbord road. Then it’s just a straight walk down to the park from there (5 to 10 mins max). Also there is a train station nearby and there are several buses coming from the town centre too.

🚎 All Park n’ Ride bus routes come to the top of Harbord Road. From there it is a 5-10 min walk down to Cutteslowe Park (the event venue)
🚍 Bus from town centre...Oxford Bus Co. And Stagecoach (routes 2, 2A and 2B)
🚲 You can also cycle and leave your bike within the designated area inside the site... Bring your own lock. Bikes are left at your own risk. The 'WhatThreeWords' for the entrance to the festival is ///drama.sonic.translated
♿️ Blue Badge Holders - we have some designated spaces for you near the site but you must have your badge. Drive to the bottom of Harbord Road and a steward will guide you to a designated space.
8. No dogs are allowed as we are sited on a kids playing field.
9. You are free to leave and re-enter the site with a wristband up until 6.30pm
10. Gates open 1pm, last entry 6.30pm. The festival closes at 10.30pm
11. Please tell your children if they become separated from you to find someone in a hi-viz yellow vest and we will take them to the lost children pick up point which is located at the First Aid tent. Please write your phone number on your child’s wristband as this will help us reunite you quicker.
