ENCENIA 2026 ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Our Oxford Fine Dining team was proud to cater the University of Oxford’s Encaenia celebrations, serving over 1,200 guests each day at the beautiful garden party in Merton College.

From strawberries & cream and freshly baked scones to sparkling wine and Pimm’s, it was a true British summer celebration. Even during the heatwave, our incredible team delivered an unforgettable event with smiles, teamwork, and professionalism every step of the way.

…..From start to finish, this has been the best thing we have ever done and you have been there all hours every day for all our silly questions, clarifications, excel spreadsheets, drawings, explanations!
It’s been so much fun working with you, it will forever stick in my mind when we were deciding the table colours and you celebrating when we chose the green table cloths ( definitely the correct choice! ) so thank you for calming our nerves and all your help and hard work!

Your team!!! I don’t know where to start! They were unbelievable, I had at least 4 people tell me they were like ninjas! So efficient but so lovely as well! A huge huge help with everything especially setting up the space! So a massive thank you to them as well! The lady who was in charge (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name) was on fire! She knew where everything was, and where everything was going which really took the pressure off whilst I was running backwards and forwards!

When speaking to our guests they all said the same thing, very professional but so so approachable and lovely to talk to as well!

The food!! OMG! incredible! Everyone loved it all! Thank you for your help when choosing the options and at the tasting, but the team delivered!!!

I could go on forever! (Luckily for me emails don’t have a word limit!)

But I mainly want to say THANK YOU! It was genuinely perfect! Everything went perfectly to plan! So thank you! I’m just a bit sad that we (fingers crossed) won’t get to do that again! Haha!
