Why I do what I do... To make it yours š©·
I do this job for many reasons but, really this is why...
Iāve always loved events, creativity and bringing ideas to life, but it was actually in Australia where I fell in love with wedding styling.
When I came home, I knew I wanted to keep that creativity going ā and then, after planning my own wedding, I started to realise just how easy it is for the visual side of a wedding to become overwhelming.
So many suppliers. So many decisions. Endless inspiration. Hidden costs. DIY. And sometimes, a beautiful vision in your headā¦ but absolutely no idea how to make it all work together.
I remember thinking there had to be another way.
Thatās really where Kate Marie began.
I wanted to create the kind of experience where you can have all the beautiful details youāve dreamed about, without feeling like you have to become a wedding stylist yourself to make it happen. š
And although the business has evolved over the years, that part hasnāt changed.
Iām still here to take your ideas, your inspiration and all those little details floating around in your head and turn them into something cohesive, beautiful and completely you.
Because your wedding should feel like your story ā not a copy of someone elseās. š¤
And honestly? I still feel incredibly lucky that something I fell in love with all those years ago in Australia is now what I get to do every day.
