So relieved to finally finish off our summer events on a high. So far we've been a cocktail bar in Tod in the hole festival in Stevenage, a breakfast hot spot at Lemonland festival in Thetford forest and now back to the coffee and cake in our home village for the taste of Overstrand food festival.

We're always looking for new and interesting events so feel free to ask about availability. We do fetes, small festivals, even private functions.

Join us for the taste of Overstrand foodie event this Saturday for great home bakes, delicious locally roasted coffee and much more besides.

The event is free to enter and set in the historic Overstrand cricket ground where you will find many of the best local food producers on hand, ply their wares and giving advice on all things food related.

It's a lovely sight to see so many bikes locked up outside our cafe. All we need now is some proper cycle lock up facilities so we can encourage more of this sort of thing!

Make the most of the hot weather and perfect tide conditions today and tomorrow here on Overstand beach, a great quiet stretch of golden sand for those looking to avoid the Cromer crowds!

We shall be running a sandwich special tomorrow as past of our beach pack up, alongside our usual great coffee and iced drinks plus home bakes made here, in Overstrand.
