Have we mentioned how we adore creating bespoke es**rt card displays?!

I love the opportunity to create something stand out and beautiful but that also adds to the guest experience.

Jackie’s and James was no different but our gorgeous bride took it one step further and wrote each guest a personalised letter inside their cards.

Was it incredibly time consuming for her? Yes. Was it thoughtful and received well? 100%!!

Such a lovely touch to this part of the day.

J&J’s wedding ceremony to kick off May.

Butter yellow and ivory, organic, whimsical , yet elegant florals that give a soft romantic feel- whilst the chairs give a gorgeous modern twist.

A very signature Bluebird design but as always bespoke to our couple.

Time to full take you behind the curtain of an event weekend with us…..

Come with me behind the scenes as we execute the rehearsal dinner and welcome party for Jackie and James.

Set up was happening for the welcome party as well as the wedding day prep down in the marquee. We had a guest check in to welcome all guests, lots and lots of steaming and dinner set up.

It all came together perfectly, the food and drink were delicious and the atmosphere was 🔥.

This is what we mean when we say host a welcome dinner.

Not a quick meal the night before the wedding.
Not an obligation on the itinerary.
An experience.

For Jackie & James, the welcome dinner was designed to feel like the opening chapter of the weekend, atmospheric and full of energy from the very first glass being poured.

A chance for guests arriving from different places and parts of their lives to properly settle in, connect and feel part of something before the wedding day even began.

Thoughtful food of an Indian feast which lent into Jackie’s heritage. Candlelight. Long tables encouraging conversation. And a setting in the most beautiful library. It was immersive and completely reflective of them.

Because the best wedding weekends don’t start on the wedding day.
They start the moment your guests arrive.
