Amy and Jacks ceremony was led by the incredible and honestly hilarious who had everyone in laughter. Such a fantastic and personal ceremony.

The weather toyed with us, but we stuck with plan A and they got their Jewish inspired ceremony outside in the gardens . Surrounded by the most gorgeous modular colour blocking florals and a draped canopy created by .

It was great to use a different space at the venue for their ceremony and gorgeous seeing Amy appear through the chandelier archway on her entrance to the aisle.

I’ll be honest, this ceremony definitely gave me all the feels.

For W&A they wanted a statement ceremony design that was still intimate.

When designing this we needed to keep the romance and soft aesthetic, with the simple neutral and clean colour palette.

With staging from and a gorgeous floral encasement from to provide a more intimate setting filled with love to wrap around our lovely couple.

Simple, yet elevated and truly perfect.

So as I went to share July from my camera roll I realised we never did June…. And June was good.

SPRING AWAKENING 🌿// A culmination of 6 month working with our dear friends

Kirsty and Steve reached out to me at the end of 2024 to work with me as a mentor to help bring their brand and company into its next chapter.

6 months of working through all their client touch points and all the details to ensure that their brand values come through. With a new logo and branding and elevated, considered details throughout their whole process.

The event last week was created to put their new brand forward to our network to showcase their new chapter. Choosing spring as the theme to fit perfectly. Ensuring a spring inspired menu, theme and letting their brand shine.

It’s honestly been an absolute pleasure working with these guys and I’ll be sad to finish our time together. But I’m so excited to see where their next chapter leads.

I loved designing the showcase event for them, playing with some of my favourite colours right now. We couldn’t have done it without our industry friends , , , , and of course

We are well and truly in venue visit season for 2026 clients and last week did not disappoint!

2 days, 6 venues and I finally got to see this stunning venue that’s been on my hit list for some time but our diaries hadn’t aligned until now!
end is a beautiful hidden gem in the Cotswolds, with incredible curated interiors, meticulous gardens and some wonderful little surprises throughout.

A fabulous spot for a private party, retreat, brand event or weddings.

Such a fabulous event to kick start our event season, hosting an educational workshop for wedding industry business owners.

I’m a big lover of sharing my knowledge from over my years in business. But obviously being an event planner, I can’t help but out these workshop together in our signature Bluebird style.

Well yesterday was a jam packed day in London.

Our job most definitely isn’t just about being in weddings, or even sitting at our desk planning and designing. Although both of those play big part in what we do. Yesterday I had a big mix of meetings, all hugely productive.

The design process is one I have meticulously crafted over my time as a wedding planner.

Now I love a system and a process and the design process is no different.

We typically begin clients design no earlier than 10 months before the wedding.

When I first started my business I would start with design, but I learnt over time that that process didn’t work well for me, my clients and the overall experience.

When we finally start the design process, it takes time. I take at least a month to really allow myself to get creative. If you’re forced under a time pressure, sometimes it works and other times it means you haven’t really been able to let the creativity flow. I like to let ideas marinade and develop. We design, pull quotes from suggested suppliers and develop the idea in full before presenting.

That way our design is realistic and gives the client the full picture when we send it over.

I’ll be honest, I still get nervous when sending design decks over. I put a lot of time, energy and creativity into them and want my couples to love them. I also want to make sure I nail their vision. So the butterflies definitely still happen.

But it’s without a doubt my favourite part of the process. ✨

Always full to the brim and this year was no different.

Typically January brings new enquiries, is the start of design season and a great opportunity for us to venue hunt and find new potential locations for future clients to add to our database.

We’ve been very well looked after this months and invited to several wonderful events and venues for showcases. It’s been a great start to 2025
