Hi All 😊
We’ve been pretty quiet on here for a while, and especially since all the Covid-19 announcements. So time to update you all, our lovely, valued, customers and friends.
We took the decision to ‘close until further notice...’ on Tuesday 17th March when our Government first advised the over 70s, those with underlying health conditions and pregnant women to self-isolate. It felt the right thing to do and the right time to do it; to remove temptation, as it were, and play our part and try to protect you, us and our family and friends (this is absolutely NOT a criticism of places that stayed/are staying open. They are playing their part by providing a valuable and much needed delivery and takeaway service).
We shall miss you all massively, and worry about you all constantly - so many of you have become good friends of us all. The whole situation is heart-breaking the world over. The blessing is that communities are pulling together, generosity is shining through, kindness is being shown. We will come through this stronger, more connected and with a greater love for one another.
