VENDING DEPT - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – FULL TIME

An opportunity has arisen within Wilkes Group for an experienced Office Administrator at our Head office in Ossett .
Reporting Directly to the Operations and Service Director.

Duties will include (but are not limited to),
Accurate data inputting to optimise the operations division.
Data analysis & producing reports using our in-house system - full training will be given
Assisting with the day to day tasks.
Answering incoming telephone calls, filing, printing reports .
The ideal candidate will have experience of excel, outlook and other office programs.
We are looking for an efficient person who is proactive, forward thinking, and eager to learn with good organisational skills.
Hours -
Monday to Friday
8.30 am- 5.00pm

Wage depending on experience
