Working on your Arm and Core strength through the summer is highly recommended for learning skills on the Aerial equipment, as these are the types of strength you need to pull yourself up and hold those amazing shapes!

See how long you can hold your arms out to the sides. Can you do 1 minute or can you challenge yourself to do a full song? ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Work on your plank position for a whole minute each day and before you know it you will have abs of steel ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
